GET A BEACH BUM BY SUMMER

is a big advocate of weights for women and suggests adding weight after 4-8 weeks
of starting the routine as well as toning muscles, lifting weight makes your bones
and pelvic floor stronger he says. Warm up first for 10 minutes by walking or
cycling until you break in to a light sweat then stretch, cool down with a 5 minute
walk. Always check with your GP before starting an exercise programme.
Jump squats - stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes facing forwards keeping your back straight ,chest lifted and heels on the floor slower as low as you can then jump as high as you can, squat down untill your thighs are a little above parallel to the floor and hold this position, balancing against a wall if necessary. Shift your weight slowly from side to side so you knees go just past your feet, keeping your pelvis level.
