Each session is based on each individual’s uniquely designed programme, is 45 minutes long and consists of stretching, warm up, workout and cool down. Then 15 mins of feedback.


Make sure you allow enough time for you order to be delivered. No courier deliveries on Saturday or Sunday unless a Saturday delivery is requested and extra postage is added.
