Meditation
is a practice that allows you to connect to your subconscious mind. In today's
fast-paced world we are out of touch with our subconscious and sometimes barely
in control of our conscious mind.
Often our thoughts are too busy and our health, both mental and physical, is out of balance, the conscious mind and allows you to find peace with yourself. With more experience you may be able to achieve specific results such as peace of mind, weight loss, abstinence from addiction, improved sports performance, and understanding past lives. Learning to meditate can take years of practice trying to quiet your subconscious mind.
My guided meditation session provides a way to more readily achieve the peace of meditation. Your session will include 1 hour with me one every week and I suggest that clients see me once a month to begin with, but once some changes have been implemented and the benefits are being felt this may decrease to once every 2 or 3 months.
