WHO AM I AND HOW CAN I HELP YOU
I have been working out for over 20 years now and have learnt a lot along the way. You may be thinking that 20 years is a long time but in this time I have studied bodybuilding, power lifting, aikido, boxing and core conditioning which I know now to be the most important thing, and to eat right and train right. I have studied with the YMCA for 4 years and am now training to become a CHEK practitioner. I love to work out and to be the best I can be, so if you like to be the best you can be then I can help you. I keep up with all the scientific developments and specialised literature and I aim to give all my clients a five star service.
