Scott helps with Back Pain
Scott begins the relationship with a comprehensive wellness interview and 2 hour assessment. This process involves: an in-depth questionnaire that helps Scott identify symptoms of disease and stress, a variety of tools used to measure range-of-motion, a visual examination, and the use of a camera to record various body positions.
Over a 3 hour session the combination of the information collected helps Scott create a program specifically tailored to each individual client. The methods used by Corrective Exercise Specialists are scientifically proven, safe and effective.

There are four phases of training. The length of each phase is dependent upon the athletic ability of each client. Each phase will last between 4-6 weeks, until next evaluation to move forward to the next level.
